Truly Our Home Away From Home!!!
We have stayed in this unit EVERY summer since 2010, sometimes twice a summer! To say we LOVE it, would be a sheer understatement. My kids call it "our condo" and always shop for new decor for our condo when we are planning our trips! Veronica always makes our stay easy and convenient. You never know how nice it is to have a kitchen drawer full of take-out menus until you've spend your day at the beach and really don't want to go out. (Yes, it's the little things!)
We love the quietness, the feel of home, when we are here. The sunsets on the back patio are AMAZING! Not to mention, the frequent dolphin sightings in the back bay. Last year, we took advantage of the boat slip and it was our best vacation yet! My little guy has spent countless hours fishing off the back pier, and made many new friends trying to catch bait and also loves watching the fisherman clean their daily catch.
We always thought as our kids got older, they may want to stay ON the beach. Even this year, when I was looking for dates to go to the beach, they requested "our condo"! We LOVE Dolphin Harbor, and especially our little home away from home on the bottom corner. Thank you, Veronica!!!

Best location in Orange Beach East
Well this was another fantastic visit to this facility. The weather cooperated well. We had basically 10 days of flat ocean and the fishing off shore was fantastic. We caught many Snapper...( unfortunately the laws would not allow us to keep them. We caught more fish on this trip than any of our prior trips. White Trout, Speckled Trout, Croaker, Red Fish, Flounder, Snapper, Trigger Fish, and some very large fish 8 miles off shore that were also out of season.
Besides the weather and good fishing, her condo was clean and well furnished. It is close to the best restaurants in town.. And for the ladies, it is just a 300 yard walk across to the beach accessed through Dolphin Key. Beach is always beautiful there. Her 3 bedroom condo is the best because you just take about 15 steps out to the pier and covered dock area, you have place to tie your boat up. We love it and recommend it to anyone.

This was our 3rd visit to this beautiful condo, and each time is better than the last!! The condo is comfortable, SO tastefully decorated, has EVERYTHING you could want in a vacation place, is just across the street from the beach, steps from the pool and pier, and is oh so quiet!!! What more could anyone want? And Veronica, the owner, is there for your every need! She came to our rescue when we couldn't get the television remote to work correctly to make sure that we didn't miss the week-end football games!!! :-) We loved our meals at Sea "n Suds, Cafe Grazie and Tacky Jacks!!! We tried paddle boarding for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it!! Would I recommend this property to a friend or relative? ABSOLUTELY!!!! But I don't want it to get so popular that it isn't available for our next trip!!! THANK YOU for a fantastic anniversary celebration!!! Ken and Priscilla McMillan

We didn't want to leave...
If you want the best of both worlds (bay and beach), then this is the condo for you. To hit the highlights: ground floor, clean, quiet corner unit, 3 bathrooms, well-stocked, up-to-date appliances, comfortable beds, conveniently located with an incredible view, and in a low density area. Did I mention the decor is absolutely charming? We noticed something new every day. The beach is a short walk across the street with access to a stretch that is not populated by chair rentals and condos. With the ease of access, my daughter spent as much time on the pier of the bay as she did on the beach. Our favorite restaurants were the Hangout (for atmosphere/fun) and Cosmos (best food). We recommend Paddled by You for kayak rentals and Orange Beach Boat Rentals for a fun day on the bay. The condo owner, Veronica, was always helpful with questions/suggestion requests with a quick text. We will definitely return to this condo.

Unit 1I at Dolphin is our Home Away from Home.
Our last stay was as great as our first time we stayed with Veronica. Because of the first stay, we have come back several times to stay at this place. It is across the street from the beach and it backs up to facing the Ole River and Ono Island.
The place is exactly as described. Great central location, one mile from Florbama. It is about 5 miles to the Hangout both of which have great entertainment is you like a place to go and hear music. Close to great restaurants such as Cosmos, Louisiana Lagnappe, Gratsees, (not sure how to spell that, and our new favorite place to go in the edge of Florida is Fisherman's Corner. Wow great food. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath perfectly decorated and stylish beautiful condo on the bottom floor which we love. You just walk out the back door on the porch and it is 20 steps down to the dock and boat slips. Dock is covered and has a fish cleaning station. They have water hoses to rinse your boat down at the end of the day. Wildlife is abundant. We always have our favorite Blue Heron to visit us each day. Last year we had a sting ray come by that was too large to swim between the pilings at the dock. We had a dolphin greet us at the end of the dock and turn around and came back and swam on his side for us. We love it here. Veronica's customer service is 2nd to none. The place is always clean and no odors. Thanks Veronica!

This is our Home Away from Home
We always stay here with this owner, she is so great. She has a beautifully decorated 3 br 3 bath condo that is so comfortable. It is just 20 steps from her bottom floor unit back porch down to the covered dock and plenty of boat slips available when we come. It has a huge Master Bed and Bath suite, with two other large bedrooms and baths. Great size kitchen and well stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. It is so peaceful sitting on the dock with a glass of your favorite beverage, watching the boats go by every day, and the beautiful homes facing you across the Ole River. It is just a short walk across the road to the beach with the beach access across the beach. It is our favorite place out of several places we have stayed in the area.
Listing description was accurate. She always has it cleaned to perfection and well maintained. She always provides great customer service. We feel like she is one of the family and invite her in to visit with us. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. The only problem with this condo is there is no longer allowed any boat trailer parking so we arranged that by her recommendation with a local company and they are very reasonable.
We love the beach so we do that daily. It is not a crowded area so it is peaceful. Attractions are of course FlorBama, and the Shrimpfest and other things going on at the Hangout. Did I mention the fishing? Awesome at times and tough at others but a beautiful place to fish in shore or offshore. I mainly fish in shore and have had some wonderful days catching White Trout, Speckled Trout, and Redfish. Flounder have been good as well. The great thing about this place, you pull your boat into your assigned dock and they have a cleaning station right out her back door. Cosmos, Fisherman's Corner, Louisiana Lagnappe, are all our favorite places to eat all close to Dolphin Harbor.
